Edward Wang serves as Chairman of Pythia Biotech, bringing a formidable track record of executive leadership, strategic forming, negotiation, and corporate governance to Pythia Biotech. With over three decades of experience at the helm of multi-billion-dollar enterprises, he specializes in transforming innovative potential into scalable, global commercial success.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Wang has held top executive roles, including serving as Board Director and President of USI Corporation and China Petrochemical Development Corporation. He has extensive experience navigating complex international markets, having previously acted as Acting General Manager of ICI China Ltd., Chief Representative of ICI China Ltd. Beijing office, where he pioneered massive cross-border investments and commercial expansion strategies. His expertise encompasses strategic forming and execution, change management, and organization development that foster continuous innovation.

At Pythia Biotech, Mr. Wang leverages his deep commercial acumen to guide the company's Go-to-Market strategy, fundraising, and regional market expansion, ensuring Pythia establishes the new commercial standard for human-relevant oncology models. He has served as Vice Chairman of the Petrochemical Industry Association of Taiwan; Executive Director of Chemical Society Located in Taiwan and holds an MBA from Andrews University and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from National Tsing Hua University.
