Chin-Pei Chen drives corporate finance, human resources, and administrative operations at Pythia Biotech. With a comprehensive executive background that bridges the biotechnology and industrial manufacturing sectors, she plays a vital role in establishing the strict financial discipline and operational excellence required to scale Pythia's advanced preclinical platforms.

Prior to joining Pythia, Chin-Pei held top-tier executive roles, including serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Handa Biotek Co., Ltd. and as Vice President of Finance at Helian Chemical Co., Ltd. In these capacities, she successfully directed all facets of corporate finance, accounting, taxation, legal affairs, and human resources administration. Her extensive corporate management capabilities are further anchored by her tenure as a Manager at the China Petrochemical Development Corporation (CPDC), where she oversaw complex operational and human resources management for the large-scale industrial enterprise.



Chin-Pei holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from National Dong Hwa University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade from Fu Jen Catholic University. Her multidisciplinary expertise in navigating complex financial, legal, and human resource landscapes ensures that Pythia Biotech is built on a resilient, highly scalable operational foundation.
