Lexi Tsai | Project Specialist
Lexi Tsai is a Project Specialist at Pythia Biotech, where she is responsible for managing and executing strategic initiatives surrounding the company's advanced tumor microenvironment (TME) platforms. By bridging rigorous scientific execution with highly effective project management, Lexi ensures that Pythia’s preclinical models consistently meet the complex timelines and clinical standards of our global pharmaceutical and CRO partners.
Before joining Pythia, Lexi built a robust foundation in pre-clinical drug testing, immunology, and clinical trial coordination. She managed critical research projects at Shuang-Ho Hospital’s Thoracic Medicine Laboratory, investigating therapeutic mechanisms and small molecule efficacy for respiratory conditions. Prior to that, she spent several years at the Drug Hypersensitivity Clinical and Research Center at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital (CGMH). There, she designed pre-clinical drug testing protocols, optimized complex immunological experiments, and managed systematic data integration for clinical application development.
A certified Medical Technologist, Lexi holds a master's degree from the Graduate Institute of Medical Microbiology at National Taiwan University and a bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences and Medical Biotechnology from Chang Gung University. Her technical proficiency—ranging from data analysis to advanced certifications in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs)—equips her with the unique ability to translate complex scientific objectives into streamlined, actionable project deliverables
