Shih-Wen Chueh serves as the Secretary at Pythia Biotech, bringing a unique blend of scientific fluency and high-level administrative expertise to the executive team. Holding a B.S. in Chemistry from National Dong Hwa University, her background includes hands-on research in protein purification and structural analysis, giving her a deep, practical understanding of the operational needs within a biotech laboratory environment.

Prior to joining Pythia, Shih-Wen served as a Planner at the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA), where she managed complex pharmaceutical mobilization projects, coordinated cross-departmental disaster prevention efforts, and executed comprehensive training programs. She leverages her extensive experience in project coordination, laboratory administration, and budget auditing to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, providing critical support that bridges Pythia’s scientific and business development initiatives.
