Yen-Xin Ng | Business Operations Associate

Yen-Xin Ng currently serves as a Business Operations Associate at Pythia Biotech, where she supports business operations management, administrative management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. She works closely with the R&D, business development, and management teams to facilitate operational initiatives. Leveraging her experience in project management and process planning, she contributes to the establishment of standardized operating procedures, optimization of operational processes, and enhancement of team efficiency, supporting the company’s growth and organizational development.


Yen-Xin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science and Biotechnology from Taipei Medical University. With an academic background in medical laboratory science, biotechnology, and life sciences, she possesses a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, biotechnology research and development processes, and laboratory operations. By integrating her scientific knowledge with operational management capabilities, she provides cross-functional coordination and operational support to facilitate collaboration across the organization.



Prior to joining Pythia Biotech, Yen-Xin worked in the healthcare industry, where she managed projects for multinational pharmaceutical companies, oversaw Patient Support Program (PSP) operations, and coordinated cross-functional collaborations. Through these experiences, she developed extensive expertise in project execution, process optimization, and quality management. Her responsibilities included project planning, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development, quality improvement initiatives, Pharmacovigilance (PV) operations management, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. With strong project management capabilities, systematic thinking, and execution skills, she continues to connect R&D, administrative, and business teams, streamline operational processes, enhance organizational efficiency, and support the company’s technological advancement and commercialization efforts.
