See what happens inside the tumor
The TME-Chip is a perfused 3D culture platform for oncology research, with applications in tumor biology, drug delivery, therapeutic response, and patient-derived models. Tumor spheroids form directly on the chip, cultures can be maintained for up to two weeks, and the extracellular matrix (ECM) can be adjusted for each experiment.
01 · EXPLORE
Explore the Tumor Microenvironment
Co-culture tumor, stromal, and immune cells as 3D spheroids in a tunable ECM, with live imaging and on-chip immunostaining.

02 · ASSESS
Assess Drug Penetration and Distribution
Perfuse labeled agents through 3D tumor tissue and measure how far, how fast, and how evenly they penetrate.
⪧Antibodies & ADCs
⪧Transport & exposure profiling
03 · EVALUATE
Evaluate Therapeutic Response
Test different therapeutic modalities in 3D tumor models that include stromal and immune cells.
